Forms of Payment

For Orders Shipping in USA (plus Canada)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks and Western Union. (checks are held for 7 business days).            Payment in full must accompany order.

For Orders Shipping Outside the USA (except Canada):

US Wings accepts PayPal, Western Union Quick Pay and Western Union Money Orders Only (make money orders payable to US Wings and mail to: US Wings, 561 E. Hines Hill Road, Hudson OH 44236).

Exception: All major credit cards are accepted for orders from Canada and from active-duty US Military personnel, foreign or domestic based, shipped to all APO and FPO addresses. Shipping address must be the same as the billing address.

Shipping Information

US Wings ships FREE to all Military APO and FPO addresses and is the main supplier to our men and women in the U.S. Military.

Shipping Method: We ship via UPS or USPS. UPS is our standard delivery method. PO Box and Active-Duty Military addresses will ship via USPS.

Next Day Air shipping: add $90* to standard shipping fee. USA orders only.

Second Day Air shipping: add $60* to standard shipping fee. USA orders only.

3 Day Select shipping: add $30 to standard shipping fee. USA orders only. 

Alaska and Hawaii: add $30 to standard shipping fee.

Exchanges/Returns

Returns and exchanges are valid for 30 days from the shipping date. Customers within the USA can return unworn product with original tags still attached for exchange or full refund, (less shipping and handling charges). Please return insured UPS or U.S. mail for your protection. For exchanges, first exchange ships free (inside USA). We cannot accept returns on custom orders, worn or altered items.

International customers are responsible for all freight and duty charges relating to their return/exchange shipment. (Declare items as USA goods being returned to the manufacturer). If exchanging, please include the correct shipping and handling. A package that is deemed not deliverable will be credited the value of the order less the freight charges in both directions.

For corporate orders, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Important! When you receive your package, Please DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! Returns that have been cut, punctured or scraped while opening the box CANNOT be accepted!
