This is the genuine Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) Gen I Waterproof Parka, made from waterproof & windproof Gore-Tex material, making it the garment of choice for extremely heavy wet weather conditions. This outstanding rain jacket was used by the US Military and many law enforcement agencies. Light weight for multi-season wear and can be layered over other garments for cold weather use. This outstanding rain jacket is used by the US Military, Secret Service, and many law enforcement agencies. In addition to being fully waterproof, it’s also very light in weight for multi-season wearability; for cold weather conditions, just layer it over other garments. Made in the USA.
