This is the genuine Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) Gen I Waterproof Parka, made from waterproof & windproof Gore-Tex material, making it the garment of choice for extremely heavy wet weather conditions. This outstanding rain jacket was used by the US Military and many law enforcement agencies. Light weight for multi-season wear and can be layered over other garments for cold weather use. Genuine military issue. Made in the USA.
